The Owner of Qingyuan Formwork Column Project Visits the Factory for Exchange

Recently, a delegation of owner representatives from the Qingyuan Formwork Column Project visited our company's factory and conducted an in-depth inspection. The purpose of this visit is to help the owner gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's formwork column production process, technical capabilities, and quality control system, laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation between the two parties.
Accompanied by the company's relevant person in charge who offered a warm reception, the owner's visiting group first went to the product exhibition area. Here, various formwork column samples of different specifications and models were on display. The person in charge gave a detailed introduction to the design concept, structural features of the formwork columns, as well as their significant advantages over traditional construction methods. For example, by adopting the prefabricated cement-based composite formwork column technology, individual formwork panels are prefabricated, which enables simple production, high efficiency and low cost. Subsequently, the owners entered the production workshop. Inside the workshop, a busy yet orderly scene unfolded: advanced production equipment was operating efficiently, and workers were carrying out their tasks in strict accordance with standardized production processes. The person in charge introduced all links of the production process to the owners—from the procurement and inspection of raw materials, to the prefabrication of formworks and the production of steel reinforcement cages, and finally to the assembly process. Every procedure adhered to strict quality control standards. In the raw material area, the owners saw high-quality fiber-reinforced cement-based materials, which would be used to make the cover plates and side plates of the formworks, ensuring the formworks had excellent strength and durability. In the steel reinforcement cage production area, sophisticated processing techniques and precise welding technology guaranteed the quality and accuracy of the steel reinforcement cages. During the visit, the owners occasionally raised questions about production details, and the company’s technical personnel and production supervisors provided detailed answers one by one.
After the visit, both parties held a communication seminar in the meeting room. The owner representatives spoke highly of the visit. They stated that through the on-site inspection, they had full confidence in the company’s strength, and believed that the formwork column products had significant advantages in terms of quality, technology, and construction efficiency, which were highly in line with the needs of the Qingyuan Formwork Column Project.
